Can I edit the text or logo already in my PDF?
No. This tool doesn't change your design. It only fills the spots you mark. Make design changes in the app you created it in (Canva, Photoshop, Word), then upload the final version.
What can I add besides names?
Any text, dates, numbers and serials, a signature (drawn, typed or uploaded), photos and logos, and QR codes.
Is this like Canva or Adobe Acrobat?
No. Those are for designing and editing. JustAddName is for the step after: your design is finished and you need many personalized copies of it.
Can I replace a name that's already printed?
Yes. Draw a box over it, switch on "Cover background behind text", and the old name is covered with the background before the new one is printed. The rest stays the same.
What files can I upload?
PDF, JPG or PNG up to 5 MB.
How many copies can I make at once?
Up to 500 from one spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), one row per person, a bit like mail merge for PDF. Large batches are prepared in the background and emailed to you, and your download waits in My downloads for 7 days.
Does it work with Gujarati and Hindi?
Yes: English, Gujarati and Hindi, including joined letters. A line can mix scripts too, like "Rahul राहुल". If you paste something we can't print, such as an emoji, we tell you which spot it's in instead of leaving a blank space.
Can I search or copy Gujarati and Hindi names out of the finished PDF?
Not reliably. To join Gujarati and Hindi letters correctly we draw them as joined shapes, and those don't map back to single typed letters, so searching or copying them in a PDF reader can come out garbled. What's printed is correct. English names copy normally.
Is my design private?
Your designs are kept in private storage. Batch results are deleted after 7 days, and the sample card demo saves nothing. See the privacy page for details.
